This page explains how to request deletion of your Love Ledger account and all associated personal data. We take your privacy seriously and make it straightforward to remove your data from our systems.

After your deletion request is verified, your personal data is removed from our active database systems within 30 days. Encrypted database backups containing your data are cycled out and overwritten within 90 days of the deletion date. After 90 days, no copy of your personal data remains in any Love Ledger system.
If you used Love Ledger in guest mode (without creating an account), your data was stored only on your device and was never transmitted to us. To delete it, simply uninstall the app or clear the app's data in your device settings. There is nothing for us to delete on our servers.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. To cancel billing, manage your subscription directly through the relevant store before submitting your deletion request.
